Access card applications must be submitted online. The applicable fee is RM51 for each new or additional access card and RM26 for each access card renewal. A processing fee of RM1 will be charged for each online payment transaction.
At least current quarter security fee is settled to be eligible for applying access card.
Access cards will be dropped into your house mailbox.
Proof of house address is required – submit Utility Bill (or screenshot) that matches the house address applied.
Keep security fee payment up to date to avoid suspension of access card.
Access card will be automatically suspended/deactivated if the security fees outstanding more than 2 quarters (i.e. 6 months).
